3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App solely for the purpose of optimizing websites you own or manage, in accordance with these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You will only use the App on websites you own or have proper authorization to manage.

• You will not reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

• You will not use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

• You are solely responsible for any changes the App makes to your website and for testing the results.

5. No Guarantees of Performance

While TurboLoad aims to improve loading speed and Core Web Vitals, we do not guarantee specific results. Website performance depends on many factors outside our control (hosting, third-party scripts, images, content, etc.). We are not responsible for any decrease in performance, broken functionality, or loss of traffic/revenue resulting from use of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, code, branding, and content, remain the exclusive property of Digital Innovation Media. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App.

7. Payment & Subscription (if applicable)

If you purchase a premium plan:

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

• All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

• We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may uninstall the App at any time. Upon termination, your license ends immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Innovation Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
